adequate stay with some issues
tv placement slow service
The television was oddly placed in the room. it faced away from the bed! this made viewing difficult. also, i found the selection of vegetarian options at dinner limited. i expected more choices. the slow service in the restaurant was frustrating. It took a long time to receive each course.

quiet room large parking helpful team
the large room separate from the pub ensured quiet. i appreciated having plenty of parking available. a change of room was accommodated due to wifi connectivity issues so i could work. the friendly team was helpful and quick to resolve the wifi problem.
the room needed an extra pillow.

the hotel provides a good location for walking and exploring nearby areas. the setting is quiet and calming, away from busy streets. eurotunnel access is within easy reach which is convenient for travelers.

the pub offered good food with a menu seemingly catering to various tastes. the restaurant had wonderful decorations which gave a warm atmosphere. breakfast included a big teapot, a treat i always enjoy, and was delicious.

Comfortable stay in a great location
warm welcome friendly staff separate dining areas
The welcome was warm and friendly. The staff in both the hotel and pub areas were amazing. I particularly appreciated the separate dining areas with dogs, very convenient for dog owners like me. Breakfast offered a solid English meal, a great way to start the day.
The TV in the room was facing away from the bed, difficult to watch from that position.

The Family Room contained one double bed and one twin bed, accommodating a family of three. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room, along with a shower and hair wash in the bathroom. Parking was available close to the rooms.

The location is quiet, though it offers quick, easy access to the M20, convenient for travel! The hotel is situated near nice walks. Plenty of parking is available. Nearby vineyards add to the scenery.

The restaurant has well laid-out areas outside at the back. It accommodates eating and drinking for many people. The food is fantastic. I enjoyed the great food and service in the cozy pub with friendly staff.

lovely accommodation!
high standard comfortable bed quiet rooms
The room was tastefully decorated. It was also furnished to a high standard! the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed. i found plenty of parking spaces and the rooms were quiet, because they are separate from the pub.
The vegetarian selection was poor. There was only one choice each in starters and mains! the service was also slow. i had to wait a very long time for the food.

totally rad stay!
great grub friendly staff
the food was banging! the pub grub was great, i'm talking gourmet-level stuff. the staff was super friendly, always ready to help and with a smile, how cool is that? it seemed like i was chilling with mates. the location rocks, perfect for walks and soaking in the sights.
the room was alright but needed some serious tlc, you know? the decor felt a bit old-school and tired. a little refresh would make this place perfect.
